Well in the effort to modernize things I made a huge update to the Crypt Chat, Chat Room.
This upgrade allowed me (with some work) to integrate the chat with the Halloween-l.com's forum. If to scroll to the bottom of the main forum page where it shows who's online on the forum it will also show who is in the chat room and what rooms.
To login to the chat is SIMPLE. :
First you must have an account with Halloween-l.com's forum. (As the chat now logs you in with your Halloween-l.com FORUM user name and password.) Once your logged into the forum at the top right of the screen you will see a option for "Crypt Chat Room" click that and your in the chat.
If you don't have an account with the forum or forgot your login info, simply re-register on here by clicking on REGISTER at the top right of the site.
The new chat room has many new features and abilities such as:
- Custom background images and full color scheme
- Private messaging in separate windows
- Sounds can be enabled/disabled
- Users can create their own rooms
- Direct file transfers between chatters
- Profiles are now using the FORUM profile for more info. (profiles are going to be enhanced in the near future to be more like MYSPACE.)
- Flash driven for an enhanced user interface
